The Style
Photography style has a peculiar characteristic - whether you like or not, and style is, of course,
subjective - it will never leave you with the flat emotion or empty feeling. Style in photography is a
combination of many individual elements such as subject, lighting and composition - all of which create
a cohesive and recognizable substance behind every photograph.
classic wedding photojournalism
I call my work a
Classic Wedding Photojournalism. I try to bring the best traditions of the classic
photojournalism of the last 50 years to the wedding environment: I’m shooting with available light only and use
lerge-aperture prime lens only, while strong and
decisive composition is central to my work. In all my pictures I strongly emphasize the context and
the surroundings of the subjects I’m photographing - and I cherish the unposed and unscripted captures above all.
Look at my recent gallery and you’ll see many of these elements in my work...
